TerriaJS is dockerized on the layer of node:boron base image. The gdal package is included to the image. You may deploy the image with docker or docker-compose as following.
dockerTo deploy TerriaJS run
$ docker run -dit -p 3001:3001 --name terriajs sameli/terriajs
and visit http://localhost:3001 on the host. The TerriaJS is installed in /usr/local/app/TerriaMap. An example of loading a cusom setting is
$ docker run \
-dit \
-p 3001:3001 \
-v /some-directory/config.json:/usr/local/app/TerriaMap/wwwroot/config.json \
--name terriajs \
sameli/terriajs
For developers: to interact with the image with bash:
$ docker run -it sameli/terriajs /bin/bash
docker-composeCreate the docker-compose.yml file with the following contents
# docker-compose.yml file -----
terriajs-quickstart:
image: terriajs
ports:
- "3001:3001"
terriajs-production:
image: terriajs
ports:
- "3001:3001"
container_name: terriajs
volumes:

Then deploy the container with
$ cd <Directory-where-yml_file_is>
$ docker-compose up -d terriajs-quickstart
# or
$ docker-compose up -d terriajs-production
and visit http://localhost:3001 on the host. To terminate the container
$ docker-compose down
