samircury/centospuppet repository overview

It is based in the canonical "centos" image, plus puppetlabs repositories and puppet from there at April/2014.

Had to install Tar on top, to have "puppet module install" working and that's pretty much it.

The idea is that people can pull/test modules from the forge without much hassle.

Recently I also made some changes so Perl's CPAN is available. I find a shame that OSs nowadays don't come with basic tools like CPAN or even GCC, using them in some CI scripts, so good to have on the image already.
