Getting started with automated Dockerfile builds.

There are currently two Dockerfiles in this repository:

• nginx/Dockerfile creates a simple Nginx image with only a index.html
• nodejs/Dockerfile creates a simple NodeJS image that spawns a server which returns the current timestamp
