Proven: a code reviewer that has to show its evidence. Static binary, git and docker CLI on Alpine.
1.1K
Proven is a code reviewer that has to show its evidence: every problem it reports on a pull request comes with evidence you can check yourself, such as a test you can run or a data query you can repeat. If it cannot show the evidence, it does not report the problem. Source and documentation: https://github.com/saphan-ai/proven.
docker run --rm saphan/proven scan --sample /opt/proven/fixture/discount
Sample mode needs no key and makes no network call: it reviews the bundled discount fixture and prints the review.
A live review and its settings are described in the repository's docs/ (CONFIGURATION.md, LAB.md).
A static proven binary (and livecheck, which names which live services are ready), git, and the Docker CLI, on
Alpine. The process runs as user proven (uid 65532). The bundled fixture is at /opt/proven/fixture/discount.
linux/amd64 and linux/arm64, one manifest list per tag, with provenance and an SBOM attached. latest follows the
newest build; versioned tags name the release.
