This repository contains Docker images for CRAN releases and select development versions of Seurat.

⁠Tags

latest: Stable; mirrors latest CRAN releases of Seurat and SeuratObject.

develop: Development version; mirrors main branch of the Seurat⁠ and SeuratObject⁠ GitHub repositories from the date the image was pushed.

x.x.x: Stable; mirrors CRAN release of the tagged Seurat version number (with SeuratObject version being the latest from the date the image was pushed).

Currently, Seurat is built under R 4.5.2 under 24.04.4 LTS (Noble Numbat) with base image rocker/tidyverse:4.5.2.
