This Docker image provides a complete environment for running CPlantBox, a plant and root modeling framework. It includes:

To use:

Run the container: docker run -it --rm -p 5900:5900 satraox/cplantbox-gui:latest Connect to the VNC server (default password: 1234) using any VNC viewer Use the provided terminal to run CPlantBox scripts Visualize plots and 3D renderings directly in the VNC session
