saurabh500/sqlserver_test_provision_linux repository overview

This docker image is built for Linux and provisions a Sql server with the test databases. The databases are AdventureWorks, Northwind and pubs The assumption of this docker image is that the Sql Server has the backup files available at /var/opt/mssql/backup/

docker run -e SA_PASSWORD=<SQLPASSWORDFOR_SA> -e SQLHOST=<host,port> saurabh500/sqlserver_test_provision_linux

PS: For Host, use the IP address of the Sql Server. This is recommended because the docker container may not be able to resolve the hostname to the IP address
