sccs/java repository overview

This is the base Java image for SCCS.

The vendor, version, and os can be selected via tag (e.g., sccs/java:openjdk8:alpine)

It also includes:

• bash
• ca-certificates
• curl

Tags ending with '-aws' also include the AWS CLI tools and Python.
