This application uses the following client side services: bootstrap jquery jquery.validate

This application current uses the following application level services PHPMailer PhpToPdf

Installation: Only the file "db.credentials" is missing from the repo. Create a production copy of db.credentials.sample named db.credentials in a location of your choosing and include it accordingly.

Docker: For docker deployment I have automated a callback to sceneserver.com to return the contents of this file. For your own docker installation create a production copy of db.credentials.sample and secure your application accordingly.
