⁠Testing compboost

Checking compboost using your local docker. The image used is the latest rocker/tidyverse due to pre-installed ggplot2 and devtools. You can specify the tag by adding :latest or :devel to get the latest R release or devel version.

The images runs just one script which

• clones compboost using git2r::clone()
• installs dependencies using devtools::install_deps()
• installs suggested packages via install.packages()
• conduct check using devtools::check()

Run image with:

docker run schalkdaniel/compboost-test
