Based on official Humio Log Collector docker image, adding additional options for enrollment via token for ephemeral containers.

Added ENV:

• HUMIO_LOG_COLLECTOR_ENROLL_TOKEN
• HUMIO_LOG_COLLECTOR_EPHEMERAL_TIMEOUT

If HUMIO_LOG_COLLECTOR_ENROLL_TOKEN is defined, will check for existing config file and if no file found will run the enroll <token> command before launching collector.

As some containers are ephemeral, to avoid noise in the fleet management portal the HUMIO_LOG_COLLECTOR_EPHEMERAL_TIMEOUT field can be set to how many hours before being forcibly unenrolled.
