Launches a Stanford NER (https://nlp.stanford.edu/software/CRF-NER.html⁠) instance with a Node REST interface.

To use: docker pull semlab/dadalytics-stanford-ner docker run -p 9000:9000 semlab/dadalytics-stanford-ner
