⁠DeepGuard FastAPI

REST API backend for DeepGuard, a deepfake detection service built around two custom hybrid CNN-ViT architectures (MS-EffViT, MS-EffGCViT).

Handles authentication, file upload, and dispatches async inference/explainability jobs to a Celery worker. Pairs with seoyunje/deepguard-celery, seoyunje/deepguard-mysql, seoyunje/deepguard-redis, and seoyunje/deepguard-react.

⁠What's inside

• Python 3.11-slim base, CPU-only PyTorch/torchvision (no CUDA bundle)
• FastAPI + Uvicorn, SQLAlchemy (async), Celery client, Redis session store
• deepguard/inference/explainability/preprocess packages installed in editable mode
