⁠Dockerfile for OpenDaVINCI on any Linux (currently pointing to Ubuntu 16.04)

These Docker build instructions contain all required dependencies to run applications that are realized with OpenDaVINCI (http://www.opendavinci.org⁠, http://code.opendavinci.org⁠).

This Docker image can also be used to build OpenDaVINCI from sources as it is shipping with the required compilers and development libraries.
