The Teal application is an open-source collaboration from Roche/Genentech, designed for clinical data viewing, the generation of efficacy plots, and other essential tasks in the field of healthcare and research. Creating a Docker image for Teal allows for easy distribution and deployment of the application across different environments. This overview will guide you through the process of creating a Docker image for your Teal application.
Before you begin, ensure that you have the following prerequisites:
Docker: Install Docker on your development machine. You can download it from the official Docker website.
$ docker pull serverl3ss/teal_env:latest
$ docker run -d -p 8888:8787 -e PASSWORD=password serverl3ss/teal_env
This will prompt a login when you navigate to localhost:8888 with username: 'rstudio' and password of 'password' (change the value to any password you want)
