Classeq is a alignment-free phylogenetic placer of sequences. Our tool perform the placement process based on the k-mer composition of the sequences. The placement is done using a reference tree and a set of sequences to be placed.
NOTE: This tool are in development, don't use in production.
The Classeq book contains the documentation of the tool, including installation, usage, and API documentation. This book is a work in progress, and we are constantly updating it.
