This will let the users to use latest Selenium versions on the Mac M1, an arm64 architecture. To use noVNC, make sure you open port 7900, and visit localhost:7900 in your browser.

Features:

1. connect to remote debugger ports on mac M1 eg. for connecting to remote debugging port 9015 go to url localhost/9015/json.

2. attach remote debugger Now devtools can be linked to by mounting devtools ui. and accessing localhost/devtoolsUI.
