This repo contains the ILLUMINA DRAGEN mapper (DRAGMAP) software for mapping of reads to a reference genome. It also contains the htslib packages including tabix and bgzip for processing of certain files. I prefer to add bgzip in containers for aligners to compress the resulting SAM file or its equivalent.
