⁠Media Factory Bitbucket Deployment

This image is intended to be used for mf-testing deployments. (Other Media Factory deployments don't need updated ruby version, so use the standard signiant/bitbucket-deployment image instead.)

This Dockerfile pulls the open-source signiant/bitbucket-deployment image, but installs the stable version of rvm and installs ruby version 3.4 in order to support the mf-testing end-to-end and integration tests.
