Self-hosted Audible library manager with download queue, auto detection and web UI.
824
A self-hosted web app for managing and downloading your Audible audiobooks. Runs entirely in the browser — no VNC, no desktop required.
This project was built through vibe coding — Source code is available on Codeberg.
Create a docker-compose.yml:
services:
audera:
image: silelmot/audera:latest
container_name: audera
ports:
- "8080:8000"
volumes:
- ./data:/data
restart: unless-stopped
Then run:
docker compose up -d
Open http://localhost:8080 in your browser.
All data is stored in the mounted /data directory:
/data/config/ — accounts, settings, library cache, download queue/data/books/ — downloaded and converted audiobooks| Variable | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|
CONFIG_DIR | /data/config | Path for configuration files |
BOOKS_DIR | /data/books | Path for downloaded audiobooks |
Audera supports ntfy for push notifications. Configure the ntfy server URL and an optional access token in the Settings page.
This image includes ffmpeg for AAX/AAXC decryption and audio conversion. Audible account authentication is handled directly within the app — no external tools required.
