Based on the jenkins/jnlp-agent-maven:latest, add kubectl(v1.21.4) to hostpath. you should add your config file to /root/.kube/ to use kubectl.
You can add your own settings.xml of maven to /usr/share/maven/conf/settings.xml with cm.
