⁠Cockroach DB For ARM64 (Raspberry PI 4)

I needed Cockroach for my Raspberry Pi MicroK8s cluster, so I started creating images based on this article: https://medium.com/swlh/cockroachdb-on-a-raspberrypi-kubernetes-cluster-7b12a2e497e1⁠ by Marcelo Glezer. I am currently working out how to move this to an automated process with Buildah and Github or Gitlab ;-)
