simcop2387/perl repository overview

This repo contains some unofficial builds based on the official perl repo here on DH. The difference is that I've added some additional compilation options to force ASLR to be enabled to make testing a little more robust to pointer and stack issues.

Along with that there are three more variants provided: Long Double, Quadmath, and debugging These are because they can commonly cause compilation problems with XS/C code in perl modules, so these builds will help automated testing environments to discover and reproduce issues with them.

I've also got some older EOL'd perl versions built for similar reasons as some environments may need to continue supporting them for longer than the official Perl project does.
