Example use of the docker...
docker run -it --rm --device=/dev/bus/usb:/dev/bus/usb --network host -v "$PWD/config.fm.rtlsdr.toml:/tmp/config.toml" simonblandford/phantomsdr
Where config.fm.rtlsdr.toml is an example configuration file in the present working directory with the following content...
