You can use the same image used in Jenkins on each developer's machine to use the same tool set.

docker pull simoncomputing/react-tools

# change directory to your working directory and execute the following:
docker run -it -w /react --mount type=bind,source="$(pwd)",target=/react react-tools

# you can create an alias that does this for you: 
alias react-tools='docker run -it -w /react --mount type=bind,source="$(pwd)",target=/react react-tools'

Now when you want to start using these tools, you change directory to the root of the project you're working on and type: react-tools.

The image will map /project to the directory you started in. You'll be able to use the yarn and aws commands.
