Headless Joplin server image, syncs with a WebDAV, exposes an endpoint.

Requirements: You are hosting a WebDAV server which you use to sync your multiple Joplin instances.
Start:
docker run -d \
--name joplin \
-p 41184:41184 \
-e JOPLIN_API_TOKEN=change-me-to-a-long-random-token \
-e JOPLIN_WEBDAV_SYNC_URL=http://webdav.example.local:8080 \
-e JOPLIN_WEBDAV_SYNC_PATH=/joplin \
-v joplin-profile:/data/profile \
headless-joplin:3.7.1
Check that it is up:
curl http://localhost:41184/ping
# JoplinClipperServer
List notes:
curl "http://localhost:41184/notes?token=change-me-to-a-long-random-token"
Create a note:
curl -X POST "http://localhost:41184/notes?token=change-me-to-a-long-random-token" \
