Docker Image for danmaqua-telegrambot⁠ instance

You need to set environment variables when you start a new container:

• DMQ_BOT_TOKEN: Telegram Bot Token. You can get it from @BotFather
• DMQ_BOT_PROXY: Proxy for Telegram Bot API
• DMQ_BOT_ADMINS: Administrators IDs on Telegram
