1. download docker img docker pull sjyun23/conv_dicom

2. Run docker run -v $(pwd)/imgs:/working/ sjyun23/conv_dicom ${WEEK_NUM}

*MR imgs should be prepared by imgs/ patient01/(dicom imgs) patient02/(dicom imgs) patient03/(dicom imgs) . . .

*'Unsupported JPEG data precision 12' messages will flooded. but it means OK.

*if dockerimg were run with no params, simple manual will be displayed as follows.

Example Command : docker run -v $(pwd)/imgs:/working/ sjyun23/conv_dicom 18 1.Make sure that imgs are prepared in ./imgs/original/$(patient#) (eg /imgs/original/01 ...) 2.The last number at the command(18) means week num

optional) docker run -v $(pwd)/imgs:/working/ sjyun23/conv_dicom 18 --cores 4 uses only 4 threads. default option is 20. Typically, 1core uses about 2GB of memory. So use with care.
