Use eclipse headless builds together with arm gcc compiler and gnu arm eclipse plugin

This image contains a gnu-arm 5.2.0 compiler for cross compiling arm mcu projects. Additionally eclipse cdt luna with a couple of plugins is also installed.
This enables a managed cdt build directly based on the eclipse project files. Makefiles are generated on the fly and the build work exactly like in the IDE. Perfect for automated builds in jenkins or for build pipelines in bitbucket.
