⁠Terraform CI Docker Files

Images are hosted on dockerhub and builds/tests are automated through Cirrus.

Cirrus will build and push new images:

• Whenever a commit is merged to master (will be tagged with "latest").

• If a new tag is created and pushed (image will be tagged with the specified git tag).

⁠To build and push a new image

eg: terraform-ci for version 0.12.9

git tag 0.12.9
git push --tags
