Watches Kubernetes API server for changed Pods and deletes them if .status.phase = 'Failed' and .status.reason = 'NodeAffinity'.

This is temporary workaround for issue #98534⁠ with preemptible nodes.

  -kubeconfig string
    	path to kubeconfig file
  -master string
    	kubernetes api server url
