snirnx/docker-maven repository overview

The image based on Alpine Linux 3.7 and contains OpenJDK8, Git client, Apache Maven, Python 2.7,pip, Docker client, Docker Compose and Docker daemon running. With this image you can:

1. Clone the project
2. Compile the code
3. Run unit tests
4. Create the artifact
5. Build the image with Docker
6. Tag and push the image to a registry

Since the containers runs Docker-In-Docker it needs to run in privileged mode. Example usage: docker run --rm --privileged=true -it snirnx/docker-maven
