Dockerfile for the IDR Virtual Analysis Environment.
This uses Jupyterhub, Kubernetes, and optionally Github Authentication.
This image is expected to be run in Kubernetes.
Most variables can be configured using environment variables.
For details see the documentation included in jupyterhub_config.py.
