⁠How to TAG

We will use k8s-keycloak image as example here.

In this repo :

• Create a directory (=image name) in this repo. Ex : k8s-keycloak
• Add the Dockerfile used to build your image to this directory

In docker hub :

• Create automated build on docker hub pointing on this repo (bridge-docker), with the name of your image.
• Configure Build Settings to match you directory : Type : Tag Name: /^k8s-keycloak-([0-9.]+)/ Dockerfile Location: /k8s-keycloak Docker Tag Name: latest

AND

Type : Tag Name: /^k8s-keycloak-([0-9.]+)/ Dockerfile Location: /k8s-keycloak Docker Tag Name: {\1}

In this repo :

• Release your project with the name of your image and version (<imagename>-<version>), and use the same tag name. Ex : k8s-keycloak-1.0.0

It will automatically build et push the docker image in docker hub⁠ with latest and version tag.

You can test the docker images using bats⁠

When a new image is added to the repository, please update the Makefile to add a target corresponding to the tests of this image. Don't forget to update the default target
