This image comes to some error that neo4j database has nothing inside it. Please pay attention to the docker image uploaded by vaalacat/sysevr. You can run with this command on your windows terminal(with Docker Desktop installed) to pull the image and run a container.
docker run -itd --gpus all --name=sysevr -p 7474:7474 -p 8080:80 -v C:\<path to sysevr repository>\SySeVR_docker\docker_build\home\docker_mapping\Implementation:/home/SySeVR/Implementation -v C:\<path to sysevr repository>\SySeVR_docker\docker_build\home\docker_mapping\data:/home/SySeVR/data vaalacat/sysevr:latest /bin/bash
NOTICE.C:\<path to sysevr repository>\SySeVR_docker\docker_build\home\docker_mapping\Implementation matches with https://github.com/SySeVR/SySeVR/tree/master/Implementation and C:\<path to sysevr repository>\SySeVR_docker\docker_build\home\docker_mapping\data matches with https://github.com/SySeVR/SySeVR/tree/master/Program%20data.
After that you'd better run the folowing commands to polish the environment.
docker exec -it sysevr /bin/bash # go into the container
echo "export NEO4J_HOME=/home/SySeVR/neo4j">>/etc/profile
echo "export PATH=\$NEO4J_HOME/bin:\$PATH">>/etc/profile
source /etc/profile && source ~/.bashrc && apt-get install -y vim lsof net-tools inetutils-ping
# modify the permission
chmod +x /usr/ant/apache-ant-1.9.14/bin/ant
chmod +x /usr/java/jdk1.8.0_161/bin/java
chmod +x /home/SySeVR/neo4j/bin/neo4j
# build joern with ant
cd /home/SySeVR/joern-0.3.1
ant && ant tools
Finally you can test the test code in the repository.
cd /home/SySeVR/joern-0.3.1
# wath if there are old data
# if there are old data ,then delete them
ll | grep ".joernIndex"
rm -r -d .joernIndex/
# testCode into joern
java -jar ./bin/joern.jar ./testCode
# start neo4j server
cd /home/SySeVR/neo4j/bin
./neo4j start-no-wait
You can visit you windows browser in http://localhost:7474 to see the data inside the neo4j and you can also run the py files to see the output.
