The Load Balancer - External (LBEX) is a Kubernetes Service Load balancer. LBEX works like a cloud provider load balancer when one isn't available or when there is one but it doesn't work as desired. LBEX watches the Kubernetes API server for services that request an external load balancer and self configures to provide load balancing to the new service.
