This Dockerfile adds experimental HTML language support for Sourcegraph.

Thanks to the Microsoft/vscode⁠ project (and vscode-langservers/vscode-html-languageserver-bin⁠ for providing prebuilt binaries) for providing the language server that's wrapped by lsp-adapter in this image.
