Intel GPU Device Plugin for Kubernetes. Built with buildah instead of docker, to workaround missing layer errors in MicroK8s.

For installation on MicroK8s, use the Intel provided DaemonSet (https://github.com/intel/intel-device-plugins-for-kubernetes/blob/master/deployments/gpu_plugin/base/intel-gpu-plugin.yaml⁠), but replace the image with "speedst3r/intel-gpu-plugin:devel"
