To run container use:

docker run -it -v WORK:/work -w /work spixfel/pynx-wrapper SCRIPT

WORK is your working directory

SCRIPT is one of the scripts:

  1. PYNX scripts (http://ftp.esrf.fr/pub/scisoft/PyNX/doc/scripts/index.html⁠)
  2. create_pynx_params.py to prepare spec file from command line arguments. Usage is available by "create_pynx_params.py -h"
  3. mean_result.py to compute averaged reconstruction result. Usage is available by "mean_result.py -h"
