A secure, non-root, lightweight network probe utility container engineered specifically for Kubernetes initContainers on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). It delays application startup by polling target services (databases, APIs, message brokers) over TCP or HTTP until they are healthy and accepting connections, completely eliminating initial startup race conditions and CrashLoopBackOff errors.
