  1. Install ffmpeg and libopus on your system
  2. Install python dependencies with pipenv --three && pipenv install
  3. Set a discord token in the DISCORD_TOKEN environment variable or set it in a .env file
  4. Run the bot with pipenv run python attention_attention.py
