⁠Introduction

This Docker Container comes with,

  • Ubuntu 18.04 with CUDA 10.1 + CUDNN 7
  • Tensorflow 2.0.0
  • PyTorch 1.3.0
  • Detectron2
  • Few dependencies such as libpng, libjpeg ... etc. for image processing

alongside with some python libraries,

  • keras
  • pandas
  • scipy
  • scikit-learn
  • pillow
  • pydot
  • opencv-contrib-python
  • matplotlib

Also has Jupyter Lab, Jovian installed for coding & collaboration + pandoc&tex for ipynb pdf export

⁠Usage for Starters

The Default working directory of this docker container is /dl

Run the image, and run docker exec -it your_desired_container_name jupyter notebook list in local terminal to get the token for jupyter lab

⁠Some Examples of usage,

⁠simple run

docker run --gpus all --name your_desired_container_name -td starpic414/dl-env:alpha

⁠with ip setting + gpu + volume mount

docker run --gpus all --name your_desired_container_name -td -p your_ip:8888:8888 -p your_ip:8889:6006 -v /path/in/localmachine:/dl/path-inside-docker starpic414/dl-env:alpha1

⁠without ip setting + volume mount

docker run --gpus all --name your_desired_container_name -td -p 8888:8888 -p 8889:6006 -v /path/in/localmachine:/dl/path-inside-docker starpic414/dl-env:alpha1
