Pump data into EdgeX framework through CoreData REST endpoint

edgex-ingress-sample registers the descriptors of temperature data and humidity data with EdgeX Core Data service, and then sends temperature and humidity data to EdgeX through the REST endpoint provided by Core Data every 5 seconds.
Stop publishing data by entering Ctrl-C or stopping the container.
This container can be re-run without side effects.
