This is a build of Rasa with Jaeger / OpenTracing integration and Prometheus Sanic metrics. You can find more information on OpenTracing and Jaeger here⁠. You'll find a discussion of tracing within Rasa on issue #7196⁠ and Rasa SDK issue #382⁠.

The Prometheus /metrics endpoint provides the sanic-prometheus⁠ metics. The endpoint will be presented on the Rasa port, 5005 by default which can be overridden with the -p option.

To enable the tracing and prometheus integrations, start a jaeger server and add the following block to your endpoints.yml:

⁠Jaeger docker-compose

You can start a Jaeger instance using this docker-compose.yml. Browse to http://localhost:16686⁠ to access Jaeger and refresh the page after the first Rasa traces have been written to Jaeger.
