⁠AVR Toolchain

This image provides typical toolchains to build AVR based microcontroller projects.

It is based on Fedora Linux and ships the following tools:

• avr-binutils
• avr-gcc
• avr-gcc-c++
• avr-libc
• avra
• avrdude
• automake
• make
• cmake

⁠Tags

Tags reflect the build date and base OS.

fedora-20221218 was built on 2022-12-18 and uses a fedora base image.

alpine-20221218 was built on 2022-12-18 and uses a alpine base image.

Aliases like fedora or alpine point to the latest available build on that platform and latest is always the latest default version.

⁠Usage

Assuming a Makefile project in the current working directory the following can be run:

docker run --rm -v "$(pwd)":/workspace stklcode/avr-toolchain -c 'make'
