strhawk/graph_tool repository overview

Save the following as docker-compose.yml

  graph_tool:
    image: strhawk/graph_tool
    ports:
      - 8889:8888
    volumes:
      - .:/data/workspace

Run docker-compose up -d to start a jupyter notebook server at localhost:8889.

• /data/workspace is mapped to working directory on the host
• /data/example contains a usage example
