Telegraf version with specific options for MESOS / DCOS / MARATHON

This telegraf version will get specific varaiables for docker containers launched by marathon. When marathon launch a container the name is complex.

With this version telegraf will get MARATHON_APPNAME docker variable ant set it in a tag that wiull be send to influxdb.
