Generic FreeRADIUS on Alpine image, with EAP, LDAP, MySQL, and Kerberos included

A FreeRADIUS configuration directory should be mounted on /etc/raddb, and a Kerberos keytab on /etc/keytab.

A systemd unit definition is included in radius.service.
