Customized PHP-Apache

Differences to php:apache:

• Enable Apache header-module
• Enable pdo_mysql extension
• Enable mysqli extension
• Increase php-upload size (200MB postsize / 50MB filesize)
• Secure cookie by default
• Timezone set to Europe/Berlin
