⁠Start bootnode with Alice as authority

⁠Add another authority node (Bob) to the network

docker run -it -p 30334:30333 -p 9945:9944 -p 9934:9933 supraoracles/dhtimg1 \
  --base-path /tmp/bob \
  --chain local \
  --bob \
  --port 30333 \
  --ws-port 9944 \
  --rpc-port 9933 \
  --no-telemetry \
  --no-prometheus \
  --validator \

When both are executed from the same system, the network connection would be established and you would see blocks being finalized.
